Intended use
Centrifugal fans for low and medium pressure type VNH.H.X are used in ventilation and air conditioning systems of public, residential and industrial buildings, in the fields of energy, pharmacy, metallurgy, food and textile industries.
Operating conditions
Centrifugal fans for low and medium pressure type VNH.H.X can transport safe (non-toxic, non-flammable, explosion-safe and fire-safe) air mixtures, which are:
- non-aggressive
- clean or lightly dusted
- no sticky and fibrous materials
- with a relative humidity of up to 95%

Flow from 60 m /h to 90000 m /h, Pressure from 20 Pa to 5250 Pa
Ambient temperature
- — 20 °C (253.16 K) to + 40 °C (313.16 K) when the fan is powered by a standard electric motor
- — 20 °C (253.16 K) to + 80 °C (353.16 K) when the fan is powered by a high-temperature electric motor
ATECH implementation
Ventilators type VNH.x Eh are explosion-protected according to BDS EN 14986, BDS EN ISO 80079-36, BDS EN ISO 80079-37 and BDS EN 60079-0. They comply with the requirements of the Regulation on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Operation in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres implementing Directive 2014/34/EC (ATEX). Designed for installation in zones according to BDS EN 1127-1:
- For gases/vapours and aerologists: zone 1 (2G); zone 2 (2G or 3G) and outside danger zone (3/-G)
- For combustible dusts: zone 21 (21D); zone 22 (2D and 3D) and out of danger zone (3/-D)

Cocoon
It is made of steel, the sides are appropriately ribbed. It is performed with continuous welding along the entire contour. Outer coating: Paint layer thickness 60µm. Colour blue, RAL 5010.
Sucker
Composite construction. It is made of steel. Designed to ensure the best possible passage of airflow through the impeller to ensure optimum performance. Exterior finish: Paint layer thickness 60µm. Colour blue, RAL 5010.
Stand
A welding structure on which the electric motor is mounted with a bolted connection. Exterior finish: Paint layer thickness 60µm. Colour blue, RAL 5010.
Impeller
It consists of a front, rear disc, hub and rear-facing blades made of steel.The impeller and the electric motor are statically and dynamically balanced as a single unit with class G6.3 in accordance with BDS ISO 21940-11. Coating: Paint layer thickness 60µm. Color red RAL 3020.
Electric motor
Three-phase asynchronous electric motor with different rotation frequency. Degree of protection IR54, thermal insulation class F and operating mode S1. Energy efficiency classes IE1, IE2, IE3 or IE4, according to Regulation (EU) 2019/1781.
