P-H-VNN.E.PR.H.ITM (local dust collector with fan)

The local dust collectors type P-X-VNN.E.PR.H.ITM are designed for collecting sawdust obtained during operation of a wide range of machines from the carpentry industry (saw blade, circular saw, bancing, strichmus, etc.). The same can be successfully used to collect waste from plastic products, peanuts, sunflowers, etc. They are easily portable and are designed to service one or more machines. Collected waste is easily removed. Mobile dust collectors are easy to position. They are ideal for professional users and amateur workshops.

Operating conditions

Dust collectors type P-X-VNN.E.PR.H.ITM can transport air mixtures, which are:

• non-aggressive
• with mechanical impurities up to 300 gr/m³
• no sticky and fibrous materials
• with a relative humidity of up to 95%
• temperature of the transported fluid: — 20 °C (253.16 K) to + 60 °C (333.16 K)
• Ambient temperature: — 20 °C (253.16 K) to + 40 °C (313.16 K)

They are designed for ventilation in explosive environments and to avoid explosions in the presence of flammable gases, conductive and non-conductive dust. These dust collectors have been developed in accordance with the Regulation on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Equipment and Protection Systems Intended for Operation in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres, implementing Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) laying down safety standards at work in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Dust collectors type P-X-VNN.E.Pr.H.ITM Ex have explosion protection according to BDS EN 14986, BDS EN ISO 80079-36, BDS EN ISO 80079-37 and BDS EN 60079-0. Designed for installation in hazardous areas according to BDS EN 1127-1:
